ChalkFest #2 - crazy!
Although I voted for John Glenn, this one may have even been better since the guy was able to capture the art in a 3-D look.
Yes, this is a chalk "painting" on the street! and the street is in fact, the gray stuff. There is no hole in the street.
This is what the whole thing looks like. But you had to stand in the absolute correct place to get an image the seemed to show Lady Liberty in 3-D, as she broke free of the street. (I cleaned the above image a bit to get rid of the "street things" - the last image is how it looked "real"
Her party hat was really long, it was about 10Ft. -- scroll back up to the see the 3-D look!
The artist working on it (taken from near "The right place") so, now remember how the hat was drawn. Why does it look so different from the right place?)
It looked rather funny when off to the side
EVERYBODY was getting in line at the "right place"
The final product, notice how her crown just seems to raise above the street. Quite an illusion!
